support circles
community, connection, support, and friends in your corner.
healthy relationships with those who support us and help us grow.
Support circles are therapeutic experiences and safe spaces to connect, heal, and grow. Circles are organized according to different topics, life stages, and groups. If you don’t see a Circle that fits where you find yourself now, we’d love your feedback. Support Circles are designed to best serve you: our patients and our community.
We all need community.
Invincible Black women (IBW)
The Invincible Black Women Support Circle is a sacred, safe space created for Black women to find connection, healing, and self-accountability.
While no woman is invincible, IBW was created in response to the Invincible Black Woman Syndrome and the Strong Black Woman schema that positions many Black woman as superhuman. In this space, you get to take off the mask. In this space, you get to be free of your titles and roles. In this space, you get to reconnect with you heart and soul and just be!
